To start the year, our team wanted to do something simple as a thank you for being part of our community.

We’re kicking off a Home + Health Giveaway, where eight winners will receive at-home fitness items to support healthier routines — right at home.

Prizes include under-desk ellipticals, pilates reformer boards, weighted vests, and a pilates workout set.

Home + Health Giveaway – Official Rules

Giveaway Details:

• Our “Home + Health Giveaway” includes 8 prizes to help you move and stay active at home:

  • Two (2) Under-Desk Ellipticals

  • Three (3) Pilates Reformer Boards

  • Two (2) 8-pound Weighted Vests

  • One (1) Pilates Workout Set

Eligibility:

• Open to anyone in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

• All prizes must be picked up in person at our mid-town Toronto office (18 Wynford Dr, Toronto)

How to Enter:

2. Let us know which item you’d like to win.

3. That’s it — you’re entered!

Deadline:

• Entries close at midnight on January 31st, 2026

Winner Announcement:

• Winners will be contacted and announced on Monday, February 2nd, 2026

Additional Notes:

• By entering, you agree to be added to our e-newsletter and to be contacted by our team for prize pickup arrangements

• All prizes must be picked up in person at our mid-town Toronto office within 30 days of being notified. If a prize is not claimed within 30 days, it will be redrawn and awarded to another entrant.
